چکیده

A member of the Iridoviridae family has been detected as erythrocytic necrosis virus (ENV), which causes viral (VEN) in 20 marine and anadromous fishes. The major capsid protein (MCP) is main structural iridoviruses responsible for causing disease various It found that VEN utilizes to enter into host cell blocking entry by targeting can reduce economic losses caused pathogen. objective study was evaluate inhibitory potentiality 48 compounds Allium sativum one medicinal plants reported show potential antiviral activity against pathogens, but promoted pathogens not yet reported. MCP retrieved, modeled, refined, validated this experiment. binding affinity calculated with docking, ADMET, molecular dynamics (MD) simulation approaches predict PubChem CID 12303662 compound binds strongly a -9.7 after optimization. For theoretical calculation, HOMO-LUMO gap score also calculated. best ADMET were selected optimization analysis re-docking. As result research, it possible deduce these phytochemicals might act significant inhibitors MCP. More in-vitro testing needed establish their effectiveness.

Novel Small Molecules against Two Binding Sites of Wnt2 Protein as potential Drug Candidates for Colorectal Cancer: A Structure Based Virtual Screening Approach

Wnts are the major ligands responsible for activating Wnt signaling pathway through binding to Frizzled proteins (Fzd) as the receptors. Among these ligands, Wnt2 plays the main role in the tumorigenesis of several human cancers especially colorectal cancer (CRC). Therefore, it can be considered as a potential drug target. The aim of this study was to identify potential drug candidates ...

Identification of potential universal vaccine candidates against group A Streptococcus by using high throughput in silico and proteomics approach.

Streptococcus pyogenes or group A Streptococcus (GAS) causes ~700 million human infections each year, resulting in over 500,000 deaths. The development of a commercial GAS vaccine is hampered due to high strain and serotype diversity in different geographical regions, and the generation of cross-reactive antibodies that may induce autoimmune disease. There is an urgent need to search for altern...

Cloning, sequence analysis, and expression of the major capsid protein of the iridovirus frog virus 3.

The nucleotide sequence of the gene encoding in the major capsid protein (MCP) of frog virus 3 (FV3) has been determined and compared to other iridovirus capsid genes. Nucleotide sequence and S1 nuclease analysis showed that the FV3 MCP gene encoded a transcript of 1452 nucleotides containing a 12 nucleotide AU-rich 5' nontranslated region (NTR) and a 50-nucleotide 3' NTR whose terminus was pre...

Structure Evaluation of IroN for Designing a Vaccine against Escherichia Coli, an In Silico Approach

Introduction: Some strains of Escherichia Coli, including intestinal pathogenic strains, commensal strains, and extra intestinal pathogenic E. coli (ExPEC) have a significant impact on human health status. A standard vaccine designed based on conserved epitopes can stimulate a protective immune response against these pathogens. Additionally, enhanced expression at the infection site as a pathog...
